Great pizza and excellent service. Best Grandma pizza around. Also Kyle is the man. Makes you feel very much at home there.

It's practically a staple of beach food here in Melbourne.

What a disgrace, employees fighting with customers right in front of my face, what a ghastly experience, I would never go back, such disgusting behavior, I expected more, I can get pizza anywhere else, I won’t be back, trash

I love this place! We drove 10 hours to come eat here.

This is a pretty standard beach pizza place. The pizza is actually very good and in pretty large quantities. The slices are generous and a bit more than a standard 1/6th of a pizza. The prices are pretty good too. I would put them slightly in the high side just because you're getting beach side service and the size of the service. By no means are the prices outrageous or a rip-off; just be aware that they're going to be higher than your local pizza place. Service was super. When done, the pieces were delivered. They didn't wait for the whole table so some were got and shine were warm. Everything came to the table hot. A big plus+. There is NO ambience. Don't look for soft lights or candles. This is plastic and chrome. Basic. The counter had piles of pizza boxes. You peer at the pizza through slightly worn acrylic. Let's go back though. Your came here to get pizza and this is probably the best place for that in 25 miles. Did in and enjoy!

Now able to call ahead which saves standing in line time. Stuffed, spinach pizza (request a side of their marinara) is the best!

My wife loves the pizza here, we come with the kids every time we are on this coast. Its good pizza, BUT the service is not, what you would call standard. The guy that ran the register was so rude. I asked him if I could order and not pay right away because my wife had my wallet. He stared at me then said, WHAT? Didn't answer my question and demanded my answer. Then when I came back the same demeanor. Why is it hard to be nice? You are being paid to be nice.

This is an institution, a shack on the beach that serves the best NY style pizza. By the slice or by the pizza, you cannot go wrong. So far, this is the best pizza I have found in Melbourne.

I stopped on the way home to pick up pizzas my wife had ordered by phone. I didn't know they only accept cash and I was short. I still don't know why, but my ATM card was rejected by the in-store ATM. The owner was remarkably generous and practically forced me to take the pizzas free, even refusing the few dollars I already had in my wallet (I work in an industry that helps people and was in uniform, which he commented on). Not only is their generosity noteworthy, but their pizza is the best we've had in Florida. I think we probably pass 2 or 3 other pizza places driving to Bizzarro's and will DEFINITELY continue to do so!

Top quality food, excellent service, good espresso, and affordable prices.

Food was good.Service has deteriorated dramatically since 2018 and early 2019.Our pizza took at least 35 minutes for a medium plain cheese and it was not busy.We ended up asking about our order twice and the first time they had no idea where our pizza was. They also brought out 2 slices of pizza that another person in our party had ordered right away. This was about 30 minutes before the rest of our party could eat. Shouldn’t the order come together so everyone can eat at the same time? No apologies from any staff member.Got our own to go box and put our pizza in the box ourselves. I also cleared the table myself and put away the pizza table stand and the silver pizza tray.Can’t recommend unfortunately.

True New Yorkers here, from Brooklyn and Staten Island. Not New York pizza....but the best here! Hand tossed, excellent crust. The sauce is good, not sweet. The slices were cooked to perfection! Awesome experience!

NOT. SAFE.They like the New York vibe, I get it. Loud. Crowded. But reopening under restrictions due to Covid-19, they are not complying. To get your take-out you basically have to climb over a mass of unmasked people in their 3' wide order line. No way to keep social distancing.Excellent pizza, but they should not be open if they can't comply and their layout does not allow for compliance.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This place is cash-only. I ordered by the slice so the pizza I had was not fresh out of the oven but reheated instead. The slices are large and okay tasting. I was not a fan of the garlic knots/rolls which I found too dry and lacking in garlic flavor. The customer service was gruff and to the point and the outdoor seating area is grungy (a true NYC experience?) but at least the proximity of the beach and nice weather smoothed out some of the roughness.

Great pizza, only issue is the soda policy. $2.00 for one size, half filled with ice and no refills. Would like to see at least one refill per soda.

Pizza was decent, service was meh. Quite cramped in the building. $17 for 2 slices, 2 knots and 2 drinks.

The pizza is large and not bad. They are larger than most which justify the price. It's a popular destination and they are busy. The people behind the counter are nice and strait to the point. Reminds me being back home in NYC. However, they don't take credit cards and that's a big issue. The place has parking meters that are heavily enforced. Their pizza is really good. Can't deny that but not taking credit cards is a big issue for me.

I've been going to Bizzaros since I was a kid and it's still the best pizza I've ever had. This is our go to place when we come to Melbourne. Pizza is amazing! We can't go to the beach without grabbing pizza from Bizarros. Cold draft beer is a plus as well. Highly recommend!!!!

The best Pizza anywhere in town. I am from New York, and this is the closest i can find to great pizza.

Food is good enough, too expensive for what you get. Disappointed in the quality of the meal experience as a whole, they have a great location that will attract a lot of business, ordering is chaotic and they need to better balance the quality of the Pie to the value you feel you are getting. I have had pizza from a street vendor in NY that was better .

Just a great place. Most locals know they have some of the best pizza around. The staff is friendly enough and practicing safety steps during the pandemic problem. Been coming for years and will continue.

Great pizza. Friendly staff. Only down side is they only take cash and I could not use my debit card at their atm. So I walked across street to cvs for the atm.

When a business only accepts cash. Like Bizarros that's so fishy to me. What illegal activities are happening. The way the owner treats his employees is crazy he was so disrespectful in front of all the customers. Took a screenshot just incase they delete.

We been coming to this pizzeria since 1995 and the pizza still is the same big n tasty as ever. Plus we live the place in the beach 😎😁 try it ur not going to regret it is delicioso.

Cash only people! I drive from Orlando to get Bizzarro Gluten Free Pizza. The GF crust is the best I've ever had.

The pizza is the best in the area by far (to me)... yes, they're a little standoffish at times to people that have never been to NY I guess, but they always have long lines, so they need to be quick quick quick! I really appreciate the no nonsense... and love love love the pizza!

I was trying to find some gluten free pizza, as I'm new to the area and have celiac disease.I called these guys up without realizing they were 20 minutes away.I felt obligated to go get the pizza I called in at that point.When my wife opened the pizza box, we both became very skeptical. Gluten free pizza doesn't have soft crust.She took a few bites and shared the rest with me.It was amazing. This doesn't taste like any gluten free crust I've ever had. Heck, it tastes better than most crusts I've had, period.Something to note is that they only offer gluten free in a 10" personal pan size.We got 3 to feed 2 adults, an 8 year old, and a 5 year old.We still have a full pizza left.I am writing this a full 2 hours after having eaten.If it weren't gluten free, I'd be sitting in the bathroom dealing with a very upset stomach.Instead, I'm sitting in my bed relaxing with a full belly.I highly highly recommend grabbing a bite to eat here. It's awesome.

Had the Bizzarro combo. It was good. They have inside and outside dining. Location is walking distance from the beach.

A MUST stop if visiting the melbourne/palm bay area. Real, authentic New York style pizza made with fresh, hand tossed dough and quality ingredients. When I go back home to New York State where I live, I dream of this pizza, there is nothing else like it! Indoor and outdoor seating, and located right on the beautiful Indiatlantic Beach. I recommend the white pizza or "grandma's" pizza, delicious!

Went to Beachside location. The Heavy set guy with glasses behind the counter is the most rude, insensitive, and disgusting Human Being that I ever came in contact with.I don't know what his position is with this location, but should not be within customers reach.I will now continue to patronize any other location except this one. (Because of this individual who is nothing but a bully)5 Stars for the food, and Minus 5 Stars for his attitude.

Very rude! I called wanting to pick up an order he tells me to call back when I know my order and calls me “sweetie” and hangs up on me so I call back to try and place my order again and explains that he has “20 people calling” and calls me “sweetie” again and hangs up on me again SUPER RUDE AND DEGRADING

Bizzarro's has always had a family feeling to it, & today was actually exceptionally that. Went in & was able to place my order quickly with friendly customer service. Unfortunately at the time that I received my pizza, my slice had been terribly burnt. I went inside to see if I could exchange it for one that was not. The owner himself apologized & had one made right away. What a truly sensational experience, highly recommend as the pizza is almost always good, the only exception was today which was swiftly & quickly fixed.

Please if its full do not stop the staff was on chasing mode money without care of customers, no refill on drinks which are fullllll of ice, a staff member almost tried to intimidate us with an hour and a half wait even his partner shushed him, then we where waiting for the dronks they never told us they will not be served till the order is done and served, if you are successful is because of customers, I will not come back neither recomend it but hey take care of the people who makes you have food on your table and not going on bankruptcy. Food taste was great, the hispanic waiter was a professional.

Very good slice NY style, good Sicilian too.These guys working the counter have Zero Customer service skills,they come as rude jerks who dont even say thank you !I only come for a taste of my hometown NY Pizza, Never for their arrogant way of treating the customers which is the most important part of running a quality business.
